How do I reset my password?

To reset your password, click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. Enter your registered email address, and we'll send you a password reset link. For security reasons, the link expires after 1 hour.

I haven't received my insurance certificate

Your digital insurance certificate is available immediately after payment in your dashboard under "My Policies" > "Digital Documents". You can download it anytime. If you ordered a physical copy, delivery takes 3-5 working days within Lagos and 5-7 days for other states.

How do I update my vehicle information?

Log in to your dashboard, go to "My Policies", select the policy you want to update, and click "Update Details". Please note that changes to vehicle information may affect your premium and require additional documentation.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Verve), bank transfers, USSD payments, and direct bank deposits. All payments are processed securely through Paystack and Flutterwave.

How do I cancel my policy?

You can request policy cancellation through your dashboard or by contacting our support team. Refunds for the unexpired period are calculated on a pro-rata basis, less an administrative fee of ₦2,500, provided no claims have been made.
